Asset manager Hashdex recently submitted its second amended application for a new exchange-traded fund (ETF) that aims to provide investors with a diversified cryptocurrency portfolio. This update comes as a significant step forward for the Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In the filing, Hashdex revealed that the ETF will initially include Bitcoin and Ether, the two assets currently featured in the Nasdaq Crypto US Index. However, the portfolio may expand in the future to encompass additional digital currencies, offering investors broader exposure to the crypto market.
